You can permanently delete your Orbwell account and all associated data at any time.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE APP

1. Open the Orbwell app and sign in.

2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Scroll to "Delete account".

4. Confirm the three prompts (the final step asks you to type DELETE).

5. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, and the app returns to the welcome screen.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL

If you cannot access the app, email us at orbwellai@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

WHAT DATA IS DELETED

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

- Your account and login details (name, email)

- All photos you submitted to the AI scanners (face, hair, body, food, study)

- All planner data: tasks, habits, routines, goals and daily scores

- Diet and nutrition logs, water logs and meal history

- Exercise and workout history

- Study planner data: subjects, sessions, assignments and exams

- All scan results and all feature histories

- AI chat conversations

- Reward points and AI credit balances

- Skincare and haircare routines

WHAT DATA IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep limited transaction records (for example, purchase and tax records) for up to 7 years. These records are kept solely to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations and are not used for any other purpose.

IMPORTANT: SUBSCRIPTIONS

Deleting your Orbwell account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. To cancel, open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Orbwell, and cancel there.

HOW TO DELETE SOME OF YOUR DATA WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can remove individual data from Orbwell at any time, while keeping your account:

1. Open the Orbwell app and sign in.
2. To delete a single history entry: open the relevant section (Planner, Diet, Exercise, Skin & Hair, or Study), open its history, and tap the delete (bin) icon next to any entry. This permanently deletes that entry and any image saved with it.
3. To clear a whole history: open that feature's history and tap "Clear all".
4. To delete individual items: tap and delete any task, habit, routine step, custom exercise, or saved AI chat.
5. To reset your progress: go to the profile icon in the top-right, then "Reset progress" to clear your score, streaks, water and daily counters.

Data you delete this way is removed permanently from our systems, including any photo stored with a scan. Your account, login details and remaining data are kept until you choose to delete your account.

If you would like us to delete specific data for you, email orbwellai@gmail.com from your registered email address describing what you want removed. We will action your request within 30 days.
