These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Orbwell AI — AI Daily Routines" (the "App") and the website https://YOUR-WEBSITE-URL (together, the "Service"), operated by Abdul Wahab Startups ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and can form a binding agreement.

- You must provide a real, correct email address and accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

- You must create a strong password as required by the App.

- You are responsible for logging in with your correct email and password to access your data on any device.

- Notify us immediately at orbwellai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Orbwell is a personal wellness, productivity, and daily-routines app. Features include a daily planner and routines, habits and goals, study planner, diet and nutrition tracking, exercise and workouts, AI coach/chatbot, AI scanners (Food, Skin, Hair, Body, and Study), challenges, rewards, history, and home-screen widgets. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The Service is provided for general wellness, informational, and self-improvement purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical, dental, dermatological, nutritional, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- Calorie, macro, skin, hair, body, and other values are ESTIMATES and may be inaccurate.

- Improvement tips are general lifestyle suggestions only and are not prescriptions or guarantees of any result.

- We do not recommend specific medicines, brands, or products.

- Always consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, fitness, or skincare decisions, and before starting any new routine. Do not disregard professional advice because of anything in the Service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

You use the Service and rely on its outputs at your own risk.

AI-generated content (plans, explanations, scanner results, chat replies, and study explanations) is produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is for general guidance and educational purposes only. You are responsible for how you use it. The AI scanners analyze only the type of image intended for each scanner (for example, the Food Scanner analyzes food); results for unclear or wrong images may be rejected or unreliable.

- The free plan is supported by advertising. By using the free plan, you agree to see ads.

- You may earn "points" by watching rewarded ads. Points can be used to unlock certain features as described in the App.

- Points and reward/achievement points have NO monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and may expire, reset daily, or change. We may modify or discontinue the points system at any time.

- Certain AI features are limited on the free plan (for example, scanners may be limited to once per day and the AI chatbot to a limited number of messages per day).

- The Pro subscription is available as a monthly or annual plan at the prices shown in the App. Prices may change with notice.

- Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. Your purchase is subject to Google Play's terms.

- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.

- Pro includes AI chat credits (for example, a monthly allowance of AI credits; annual plans receive their allowance in monthly portions rather than all at once), and unlimited access to features that are limited on the free plan, with no ads. Credit amounts and limits may be adjusted to keep the Service sustainable.

- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel it in Google Play.

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload content you have no right to use, or images of other people without their consent; attempt to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate the points, credits, rewards, or subscription systems; reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service; or misuse the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

You retain ownership of the content and images you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and provide the features you request (including sending images to AI providers for analysis). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

The Service, including its design, branding, logo ("Orbwell"), text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app "Delete account" option, which permanently deletes your account, data, history, and stored images (subject to the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI outputs or estimates are accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abdul Wahab Startups and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from reliance on any AI output or health/wellness estimate. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, the maximum permitted minimum under applicable law).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
